Electricity is free for daily & weekly rates. Customers billed on a monthly rate must pay for their own electric usage at $.13 per KWH. A $150 power deposit is required for monthly rates and refundable on your final bill. A $25 gate card deposit is required for each card issued and refundable when returned. Each site is allowed 2 adults (18+), 2 children (17 & under), 2 pet, and 2 vehicles. Each additional person or vehicle will cost $5/day or $20/wk or $40/mo. All sites are paved and have full hook-ups including 30 and 50 Amp power connections with an outside 20 Amp GFCI outlet. Free amenities include Direct TV, WIFI, climate-controlled bathhouses, swimming pools, fishing pier, fitness center, library, pet parks, security gate, etc. Discounts for Good Sam or Rallies only apply to daily rates. Restrictions & blackout dates may apply to discounts. Please review customer agreement before making reservations.

All cottages are subject to 15% state and local taxes. TAX EXEMPTION: An organization or individual claiming an exemption must present a signed exemption certificate issued by a U.S. Government Agency. All certificates must pass our verification process. Guests wishing to be exempt under the “Permanent Resident” clause must provide a written notice of intent to stay for the next 30 or more consecutive days prior to check-in (taxes will be charged at check-in and credited only after the 30 days). No further taxes will be charged during the same extended-stay unless there was an interruption in the reservation. NO TAXES will be charged at check-in if the customer enters a long-term Cottage Rental Agreement and prepay for at least 30 days at a time. No agreement is finalized unless the correct documentation is received AND a front desk employee transcribes or notes it into the customer’s transaction history (which can be read on the printed receipt). There will be no refunds or credits for early departures. GENERAL INFORMATION: Any violation of resort rules or breach of the rental agreement may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of any deposits or rent. There is a minimum fine of $250 for violation of the cottage’s “No Pets & No Smoking” policy. The resort may make an exception and allow one small well behaved dog for certain cottages, but renters must obtain permission from a resort supervisor (please review the Cottage Rental Agreement for details). Please ask the front desk if you need any specific or special accommodations. There is also a $25 deposit per gate card. There’s no deposit for cottage key cards, but a replacement fee ($10/ea.) will be imposed if guests fail to return them. The prices listed above may represent a discounted rate and not the regular rate. Regular rates are listed on our website and/ or Cottage Rental Agreement. Check-out is at noon, check-in is at 3:00 pm. Customers are responsible for washing their own dishes and disposing of their own trash in the dumpsters by the front gate. One small pet is allowed only in cottages #501, 502, and 702 with the manager’s approval. A $250 pet deposit and an additional rate of $15/day or $50/week apply. Customers who violate pet policy may be fined/ ejected.
